I have a strict 10 minute late policy for all waxing services. As most wax appointments are only 15-20 minutes, you must be in my studio on the table at the 10 minute mark. After 10 minutes your appointment will be considered a no-show and you will be charged the 50% no-show fee. If you are scheduled for a facial and are running more than 10 minutes late you will be charged a $25 late fee and if you are running more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be considered a no-show and the 50% no-show fee applies. Please communicate with me if you are running late and I will do my best to accommodate you where my schedule permits. I require at least a 24 hour notice, no exceptions. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service cost. Failure to pay the fee will result in your inability to schedule a future appointment with me.
